About TRC

A collective for healing, growth and grounded faith.

The Richanna Collective Limited is a faith-based mental health company assisting people through coaching sessions, courses and our podcast — meeting the next generation with both psychology and scripture.

Our story

Two friends. One conviction.

TRC began with a simple conviction: the conversations around mental health and faith should not happen in separate rooms. Ruth, a public speaker, and Caroline, a psychologist, kept noticing the same gap — young people, parents and families carrying invisible weight, with very few safe places to set it down.

We started The Richanna Collective so that the next generation could grow up with tools for emotional wellness, financial wisdom and identity that is rooted in Christ — not in performance, comparison or pain.

Today, TRC is a coaching and education collective. We design courses, host workshops, run a podcast, and walk one-on-one with people who are ready to do the inner work that real change requires.

Our Vision

To raise a generation that is emotionally aware, financially wise and spiritually grounded — walking in purpose and wholeness, from the inside out.

Our Mission

To empower youth, parents and educators with practical knowledge in mental health, financial literacy and faith — creating safe spaces for healing, growth and real-life transformation.
